better to get a line from combatlog.

I dont know if youre aware but RSC 1.36 still having issue with food, reporting players not well fed.

250 food buff? It's not a food. Only 275+ (275 can be disabled in options).

Runes... It's a separate report? Oh I don't know how to report them...

you could just add another line,
and runes are a consumable, theres int/agi/strength, use 1 time, last 1 hour. i posted wowhead spell ids
They go around 100g /rune so these might not be mandatory for all guilds though

 RSC > No Flask (4):Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Player 4
 OLD Flask (1): Player 1
 No Food Buff (25): no one has it
No rune (?) : ? ? ?

ps: last patch broke normal food buffs too from feast ( 118576 )

I've added them, disabled by default. Fixed food

i can see whos not using runes in addon when the option is checked, but its not reporting, neither manual( /script rscsendflaskmanual() ) / on auto check
for food theres 2 check boxes, count +75 and count +? food. I think it would be better to have default 100, and an option for +125, or the other way around
